Feloser tells his son, Feloner, and daughter, Felona, to destroy Falcon City and capture Professor Lee for some unfinished businesses. Falcon City is in danger. Many innocent people are injured. Professor Lee decides to follow his Falcon Project and choose 5 brave teenagers to protect the city and fight against the evil.
After Feloser has lost the first battle, he creates five evil rangers and tells them to destroy the good Falcon Rangers and take their places. The evil rangers are faster, stronger, and smarter than the Falcon Rangers. During the fight, the evil rangers know every move of the good rangers and the good rangers lose.
Feloser sends the evil rangers to destroy the city and tells Purpler to create a monster to destroy the Falcon Rangers. During the fight, Professor Lee sends a powerful weapon, Falcon Magazord, to Falcon Rangers in order to help them destroy the monster.
Feloser tells Purpler to create an evil Falcon Magazord to crush the good one. At the end, both Magazords are destroyed and the evil rangers return to Feloser・s evil base.
The evil blue ranger is the smartest one in the team. He realizes that each Falcon Ranger has a very warm and good heart, so he uses this point as their weakness and tricks the Blue Falcon Ranger. The evil blue ranger has kidnapped a little girl at a playground and plan to kill her unless the Blue Falcon Ranger comes by himself. The evil red ranger is the strongest one in the team and he thinks that the evil blue ranger will get all the credits if he destroys the Falcon Rangers by himself, so he stops the evil blue rangers and destroys some of the Whitacks who help the evil blue ranger.
Falcon Rangers leave Falcon City and have a vacation in France when the city is so peaceful. During the vacation, each ranger is thinking about what they will do if they have retired of being a ranger.
Feloser tells the evil rangers to destroy Falcon City, but they realize that the rangers are having vacation in France. The evil rangers ignore the order of the Feloser and go to France to fight against the Falcon Rangers. During the fight, Feloser withdraws the evil rangers・ powers and the evil rangers have no choices and leave France.
Purpler feels tired of receiving orders from Feloser. He wants to catch Feloser・s attention. Purpler transforms himself into a female robot, Purplee, and makes himself become more powerful than before. Now, the rangers are no matches for him/ her.
When the rangers are about to be defeated by Purplee, a mysterious Silver Falcon Ranger gives the rangers a hand. At the end, Purplee loses and returns to Feloser・s base, and the mysterious Silver Falcon Ranger disappears.
Feloner goes to destroy the city and the Silver Falcon Ranger is hurt by the new evil silver ranger. With the good rangers・ help, Feloner and the evil silver rangers are defeated, and the rangers discover that the Silver Falcon Ranger is Nikki who is the daughter of Professor Lee.
Purplee loves Feloser, however Feloser is only paying attention on how to destroy Falcon City and defeat Professor Lee and the rangers. Purplee wants to catch Feloser・s attention, so she leads Whitacks by herself and destroys the city. During the fight with the rangers, Purplee realizes that Feloser does not care about her, he only care about his children and success. At the end, Purplee set herself in a self-destruction mode and bombs into pieces with her evil teams.
The evil rangers are waiting for the chance to destroy the Falcon Rangers. When they know that Feloser sends a very powerful monster to destroy the good rangers, they feel very angry with Feloser and decide to destroy the rangers and the monster by themselves. During the fight, the monster defeats the evil yellow and pink rangers. The evil black ranger defeats the monster. The evil red ranger and the evil soldiers, Whitacks, are both defeated when fighting together. The evil blue ranger is defeated by the Blue, Yellow, and Pink Falcon Rangers, and the evil silver ranger is defeated by the Red, Silver, and Black Falcon Rangers. Feloser feels very angry and withdraws all the power of the evil black ranger. Finally, all the evil rangers disappear.
After Purplee・s death, Feloser appoints his son and daughter to destroy Falcon City. When the first building is destroyed, the heavy pieces fall down and hurt a little boy・s ankle. Felona thinks that it is her fault and she should heal the little boy and protect the people in the city. When she walks to the little boy, the rangers come and think Felona wants to hurt the little boy, so they fight with Felona. During the fatal fight, Feloser pushes his sister down and he is killed by the red ranger. At the end, the rangers realize that Felona becomes good and she has no intention to hurt the little boy, so the rangers let Felona go.
Feloner sends the most powerful monster and the evil soldiers, Whitacks, to destroy the red ranger. It is a fight for Feloner・s death. During the fight, Barry does not want any help from the rangers. He thinks that it is his battle. At the end, Barry proves himself and protects the people from the evil forces.
After Feloner・s death, Feloser decides to attack the city by himself. During the fight, Feloser pushes Professor Lee down to the ground when professor Lee tells him the truth that he did not trick Feloser for getting the Chemistry professor position in the Falcon College. He got the position with all his efforts. It was the former principal who threw away Feloner・s bad resume and cover letter to the rubbish bin and refused him. When Feloser is fighting against the ranger, he hurts his beloved daughter, Felona. After that, he feels very regretful and promises her daughter that he will never do bad businesses. Felona opens her eyes and looks at her father happily, and then Feloser follows the rangers to the prison.
